GIFT CERTIFICATES

The freedom to choose…. Carrefour de la Pointe gift certificates are available in the monetary denomination of your choice. They are available for purchase at the administration office from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

RENTALS

We offer the option of renting space in the common areas of the shopping centre on a short-term or long-term basis. For all rental information, please call 514 642-8411, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Recovery

Since 2007, the administration office has collected laser printer and ink jet cartridges and cellular phones for recycling. Phones and cartridges are sent to the Mira Foundation, so it can earn funds to continue its work by providing blind and disabled people with dogs to assistant them in their daily lives, while preserving our planet. Bring empty your cartridges to the administration office from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

You are 55 years old or more? Come and get your membership card for the Club d’Or du Carrefour and receive a 10% discount on the first Monday of every month, at the following participating stores:

ALESSANDRA CRECCOREGIONAL DIRECTOR

Alessandra Crecco has been directly involved in Creccal’s Montreal operations for the past 25 years, overseeing management of residential and commercial assets located in Montreal.

She has developed an extensive background of real estate knowledge through her hands-on experience in the industry, complemented by her Bachelor of Commerce in Economics degree from Concordia University.

GIANCARLO MESSERCOLACOMMERCIAL LEASING MANAGER

Mr. Messercola joined Creccal in 2001 and currently oversees leasing of the Montreal commercial portfolio.

ÉMILIE ZHOUEXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Émilie Zhou, Executive Assistant at Creccal, has been working since 2008 at Carrefour de la Pointe. In the family spirit of Creccal, she attends the director to ensure all the administrative tasks in real estate management of the shopping center. With rigor, to the taste of the perfectionist, she ensures the quality of the service that the Direction of the Creccal wishes to offer to the retailers and customers of Carrefour. Emilie Zhou sees the Carrefour as her own home, offering a warm service to the administration office which is open to the public from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. The good functioning of this building and the satisfaction of those who are at the Carrefour are his priorities and professional concerns.
